वक्रतुंड महाकाय सूर्यकोटि समप्रभ।
निर्विघ्नं कुरु सर्वकार्येषु सर्वदा ।।
अर्थ: जिसकी सूंड टेढी व शरीर का आकार बडा है तथा जिसमें करोडों सूर्यो के प्रकाश का तेज है, उस विघ्नहर्ता श्री गजानन की कार्य सिद्धि हेतु मैं वंदना करता हूं।

Meaning: Creator and destroyer of the demon ‘Tripur Brahmadev’; Shiva, the one who kills and kills ‘Mur’, these three main slaying deities of demons and Shri Vishnu, Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu, these Navagrahas make my morning auspicious.
ब्रह्मा मुरारिस्त्रिपुरांतकारिर्भानुः शशी भूमिसुतो बुधश्च।

अर्थ: निर्माता व संहारक ‘ त्रिपुर ब्रह्मदेव’ राक्षस का; पालन कर्ता वध करने वाले व ‘ मुर’ नामक शिव, दानव का ये प्रमुख वध तीन करने वाले देवता तथा श्री विष्णु सूर्य, चंद्र, मंगल, बुध, गुरु, शुक्र, शनि, राहु व केतु, ये नवग्रह मेरी प्रभात को शुभ बनाएं।
Punya Purushon Ka Smaran – Morning Mantra (पुण्यपुरुषोंका स्मरण)
Punya Shloko Nalo Raja, Punya Sloko Yudhishtiraha।
Punya Shloko Videhashcha, Punya Shloko Janardanha।।Meaning: I remember the virtuous Nal, Yudhishthira, Videha (King of Janaka) and Lord Janardana.
पुण्यश्लोको नलो राजा पुण्यश्लोको युधिष्ठिरः।
पुण्यश्लोको विदेहश्च पुण्यश्लोको जनार्दनः ।।
अर्थ: पुण्यवान नल, युधिष्ठिर, विदेह (जनक राजा) तथा भगवान जनार्दनका मैं स्मरण करता हूं।
Sapta Chiranjivi Smaran – Morning Mantra (सप्तचिरंजीवों का स्मरण)
Ashwathama Balirvyaso, Hanumanshcha Vibhishanah।
Krupah Parshuramashcha, Saptaitey Chirjivinaah।।Meaning: Dronacharya’s son Ashwatthama, the charitable Baliraja, Vedvyasa, Hanuman, Vibhishana, Kripacharya and Parashurama, who freed the earth from the evil Kshatriyas twenty-one times, are the seven Chiranjeevi. (I remember them.)
अश्वत्थामा बलिया॑सो हनुमांश्च बिभीषणः।
कृपःपरशुरामश्च सप्तैते चिरजीविनः ।।
अर्थ: द्रोणाचार्य के पुत्र अश्वत्थामा, दानशील बलिराजा, वेदव्यास, हनुमान, विभीषण, कृपाचार्य व पृथ्वी को इक्कीस बार दुर्जन क्षत्रियों से निःशेष करने वाले परशुराम, ये सात चिरंजीवी हैं। (मैं इनका स्मरण करता हूं।)
Panch Mahasatiyon Ka Smaran – Morning Mantra (पंचमहासतियोंका स्मरण)
Ahilya Draupadi Sita Tara Mandodari Tatha।
Panchakam Na Smarennityam Mahapataknashnam।।
Meaning: Ahilya, wife of Gautam Rishi, Draupadi, wife of Pandavas, Sita, wife of Lord Ramachandra, Taramati, wife of King Harishchandra and Mandodari, wife of Ravana, those who remember these five Mahasatis, their Mahapatakas are destroyed.
अहिल्या द्रौपदी सीता तारा मंदोदरी तथा।
पञ्चकं ना स्मरेन्नित्यं महापातकनाशनम् ।।
अर्थ: गौतमऋषि की पत्नी अहिल्या, पांडवों की पत्नी द्रौपदी, प्रभु रामचंद्रकी पत्नी सीता, राजा हरिश्चंद्रकी पत्नी तारामती व रावणकी पत्नी मंदोदरी, इन पांच महासतियोंका जो स्मरण करता है, उसके महापातक नष्ट होते हैं।
Seven Mokshapuriyon Ka Smaran – Morning Mantra (सात मोक्षपुरियों का स्मरण)
Ayodhya Mathura Maya Kashi Kanchi Awantika।
Puri Dwaravati Chaiva Saptaitah Mokshadayikaha।।
Meaning: Ayodhya, Mathura, Mayawati (Haridwar), Kashi, Kanchi, Avantika (Ujjayini) and Dwar Ka are the seven cities that provide salvation. I do them.
अयोध्या मथुरा माया काशी कांची अवंतिका।
पुरी द्वारावती चैव सप्तैता मोक्षदायिकाः ।।
अर्थ: अयोध्या, मथुरा, मायावती (हरिद्वार), काशी, कांची, अवन्तिका (उज्जयिनी) तथा द्वार का, मोक्ष प्रदान करने वाली सात नगरियां हैं। इनका मैं करता हूं।
Kar Darshan Mantra – Morning Mantra (करदर्शन:)
दोनों हाथों की अंजुलि बनाकर उस पर मन एकाग्र कर निम्नांकित श्लोक उच्चारित करें:-
Karagrey Vasate Lakshmi, Kar Madhye Saraswati।
Kar Moole Tu Govindha, Prabhate Kar Darshanam।।
Meaning: Lakshmi resides in the forearm of the hand. Saraswati is in the middle of the hand and Govind is in the root part; Therefore, as soon as you wake up in the morning, see the hand. (Text difference: In the root of the hand is Brahma.)
कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मीः करमध्ये सरस्वती।
करमूले तु गोविंदः प्रभाते करदर्शनम् ।।
अर्थ: हाथके अग्रभाग में लक्ष्मी का वास है। हाथ के मध्यभाग में सरस्वती है व मूल भाग में गोविंद हैं; इसलिए प्रातः उठते ही हाथ के दर्शन करें। (पाठभेद: हाथ के मूल भाग में ब्रह्मा हैं।)
Significance of Lakshmi: There is Lakshmi on the forearm (karagra) of the hand, so the outer material part is merged in the form of Lakshmi. That is, Lakshmi (not only wealth, but also Panchmahabhuta, food, clothes, etc.) is needed for material dealings.
Importance of Saraswati: If there is no knowledge and wisdom while attaining Ghan or Lakshmi, then Lakshmi becomes Alakshmi and becomes the cause of destruction; That is why there is a need for the blessings of Saraswati.
Everything is Govind: in the central part in the form of Saraswati and in the foreground in the form of Lakshmi, Govind is seated.
Prithvi Vandana – Morning Mantra (पृथ्वीवंदना:)
‘कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मीः … श्लोक पाठ के उपरांत भूमि से प्रार्थना कर, यह श्लोक बोलकर, तदुपरांत पृथ्वी पर पैर रखें।
Samudra vasane Devi, Parvatastana Mandale।
Vishhnupatni Namastubhyam, Paadasparsham Kshamasva Me॥
Meaning: O earth goddess, who is wearing the clothes of the sea, with breasts like a mountain and the wife of Lord Shri Vishnu, I salute you. Forgive us for touching your feet.
समुद्रवसने देवि पर्वतस्तनमंडले।
विष्णुपनि नमस्तुभ्यं पादस्पर्श क्षमस्व मे ॥
अर्थ: समुद्र रूपी वस्त्र धारण करने वाली, पर्वत रूपी स्तन वाली व भगवान श्री विष्णुकी पत्नी हे पृथ्वी देवी, मैं आपको नमस्कार करता हूं। आपको पैरों का स्पर्श होगा, इसके लिए आप हमें क्षमा करें।

Where not to Pass Urine?
Do not leave excreta on the road. Scripture – By discarding excreta on the road, the area gets charged with the Raja-Tama-positive atmosphere and the circulation of negative energies increases: Many wanderers make their way through the road. By doing Raja-Tama-oriented acts like excretion on the way, the pilgrims get charged with Raja-Tama-positive atmosphere. In such a situation, the area in which these wanderers go, they also affect them with Raja-Tama through their contact.
In this way many areas get contaminated, so do not throw excreta on the road. This creation is the root cause of the mass sin. In such a Raja-Tama negative zone, the circulation of negative energies also increases, due to which everyone has to suffer in more or less quantity.
