WHAT IS BREAST CANCER
Breast cancer is a very painful disease of women. Due to this disease, there is very sharp pain in the breasts of a woman and pus starts coming out from the breasts.
SYMPTOMS OF BREAST CANCER
When this disease occurs, the breasts become hard and irregularly shaped lumps which cause severe pain when touched. This type of lump appears in any part of the breast. When this disease starts, these lumps keep sliding here and there.
When the lump in the breasts gets bigger, it pulls its upper skin inwards due to which it becomes like a pit on the inside of the breasts. This pit affects the ducts that circulate the milk causing it to shrink and the nipples to squeeze.
As the lump gets bigger, it also sticks to the upper skin of the breast, which causes irritation in the skin of the breast. In a few days, pus starts forming inside this lump. When a woman’s nipples are pressed, milk like pus starts coming out of it. This lump can also spread to the lymph glands found in the armpits of growing women. When this disease starts, it becomes very important to treat it. If this disease is not stopped from growing, then this disease can affect the whole body.
REASON OF BREAST CANCER
When a lump forms in the breast, it should be found out first that the lump is not more dangerous. The risk of getting breast cancers largely depends on the environment and lifestyle. In women, this disease can also be caused by food allergies. Heredity also plays a major role in the occurrence of this disease. The disease can also be passed from one woman to another. HRT is believed to be responsible for the treatment of breast cancer in women with birth control pills and for the treatment of life-changing symptoms. The sooner a woman becomes a mother, the less likely she is to get cancer.
BREAST EXAMINATION FOR BREAST CANCER
When a lump appears in a woman’s breast, it should be checked immediately that this lump is not more dangerous. It can be treated even if the lump is more dangerous. This disease can be cured once and it can happen again so this disease should be treated properly. To get breast cancers treated, women should first get their breasts examined.
Women’s breasts should be examined after menstruation. This check should be done every month and at a special time. Don’t worry if women feel heaviness in their breasts. Women should find out that both her breasts are the same.
If the woman feels that one of her breasts is heavy during the examination, then the woman should also look at the other breasts to see that the other breast is not heavy either. Don’t worry if there is some disparity in both the breasts. Patients with breast cancer should seek proper advice from a doctor and should not be negligent at all as this disease can become more dangerous.
WAYS TO EXAMINE BREAST CANCER
Women should first stand in front of the mirror to check their breasts and hang both their hands next to it and see if both the breasts are not abnormal in appearance, there are no dimples or contractions in the breasts etc. Or there is no difference in the skin or texture of the breasts.
Standing in front of a mirror, women should place their hands over their heads and look at themselves from different angles to see if there is any significant change in the breasts and then look from left to right and find out that there is no secretion from both the breasts.
When examining the breasts, it should be found that there is no lump in the area around the nipple.
You should stand in front of the mirror and look up and down to see that no part of the breast is swollen.
Women should lie on the bed and put a pillow under their head. Then a pillow should be placed under the left shoulder. After this, your left hand should be placed under the head and by pressing the left breast with the right hand, you should check whether there is any lump or swelling in it.
Women should try to hold the knots by moving their hands next to them. Then the same action should be done on both the breasts. The left hand should be used in this action.
