- Once you have selected the category of complaint, below it you will see a box where you can enter your complaint within the limit of 4000 characters.
- Keep in mind that when you register your complaint, you do not have to use any special symbol there, it will show error in submitting your complaint.
- Now you have to attach the PDF file of the document related to the complaint and submit it. For this, here you will see the option of choose file, on which you can attach the file by clicking on it.
- Next you have to enter a captcha code and click on submit which will register your complaint. After this a registration number will be sent to your mobile number. Action will be taken within 24 hours of your complaint.
